Causeway

The final par 3 on the course, Causeway provides one last stern test of precision and perfectly continues the theme of par 3 greens that are hard to find. The green is surrounded by influential contours. A bank behind the putting surface offers some welcome assistance, with slightly over-hit shots often feeding back towards the target. However, there is little forgiveness elsewhere. Slopes short, left and right of the green are ready to gather any shot that is less than precise, leaving a challenging recovery to save par. A demanding par 3, Causeway rewards a quality tee shot and provides a fitting final examination of the short-game skills required throughout the course.
